Aluasoul Orotava Valley is situated on a hillside overlooking Puerto de la Cruz, a 10-minute downhill walk to Playa Jardín black-sand beach. A free shuttle bus runs hourly from Monday to Saturday to the city center and shopping area, and taxis are available for €5-7 each way. The hotel provides 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a tour desk for excursions to Teide National Park and Loro Parque, and private parking for €15 per day.
